The Therapy Journal: A 12-week Guided Journal
Therapy Journal: A Notebook With Prompts To Reflect On Your Thoughts & Feelings During Therapy.
Are you about to begin therapy or trying to decide which therapy / therapist would be right for you?
This journal helps you explore 4 different approaches, space to record questions for potential therapists & helps you to get clarity on your goals for therapy.
The pre & post reflection pages enable you to get the most out of every session, with 30 pages of journal prompts to deepen your reflections.
The journal is a lovely compact size (6×9), but offers plenty of space to write your thoughts & reflections.
The time outside of your therapy sessions is where a lot of the work happens – when you take the time to reflect on what you discussed, how you begin to implement change in your day-to-day life; so having a journal next to you is a brilliant addition to your therapy journey.

More Information:
As a counsellor in the UK, I appreciate how daunting it can feel to begin working with a therapist. This 12-week guided journal and workbook was created to help you make clear decisions on the type of therapy that you prefer, as well as providing some tips on how to find the right therapist for you.
Both therapy & journaling are fabulous tools to help you improve your mental health and wellbeing. This therapy journal and workbook provides you with a variety of pages with prompts to help you get the most out of your sessions each week.
There is space for you to reflect on your week prior to your session, space for notes during the session (online or in person), as well as pages with prompts where you can reflect on what happened in the session, and how you will use this going forward.
There is also space at the beginning of the therapy journal to reflect on your goals for therapy. At the end of the journal there is a collection of 30 guided prompts to help you focus your thoughts.
Where Do I Find A Therapist?
For further information on how you can find a therapist, check out these counselling directory websites (UK), where you will find a comprehensive list of fully qualified therapists and counsellors. These sites only allow professionally qualified therapists / counsellors to join, but I always advise to take your time & look at their profiles as well to be sure that they fit your needs.
More therapy & mental wellbeing tools & journals will be coming soon. Follow me on Amazon, or sign up to my email list to be one of the first to know about any new releases.
